The most important considerations in pump base design are that it needs to be strong, mounting surfaces need to be flat, hole positioning must be accurate and must be able to achieve perfect shaft alignment without becoming bolt bound and having to move the pump which is usually fixed in the pipe work.
We have spent decades refining our pump base plate design into what is now the best pump mounting system in the industry.
The key features of our signature series pump base plates are:
- Custom Made to Any Height Required
- All mounting surfaces machined flat to prevent soft foot conditions and casing distortion.
- All holes slotted and machined surfaces CNC Machined for high precision hole position geometry and height and flatness.
- 4 Bolt in, removal motor adjusters fitted as standard on the sides of the pedestal. End adjusters standard on motor frames 355 and above. End adjusters are available on smaller sizes on request.
- Fully enclosed powder coated steel coupling guard fully compliant to Australian Standards.
- Hot Dipped Galvanised Finish. Blasted and 2 pack painted finished available on request
